What is the Soul Urge or Heart's Desire number? / आत्म-इच्छा या Heart's Desire अंक क्या है?
It is the name number calculated from vowels in this Western convention. The page uses it for a priorities exercise; it does not read private thoughts or establish a psychological diagnosis.

Which letters count as Soul Urge vowels? / आत्म-इच्छा अंक में कौन-से अक्षर स्वर हैं?
A, E, I, O and U are vowels. Y follows the vowel or consonant option you explicitly choose. Its numerical value stays 7 whichever channel you select.

Y's role can depend on pronunciation. This calculator does not infer pronunciation from spelling, so you declare its role. Choose one role for all Ys, or choose each Y separately within its name component.

Yes. Select 'Choose each Y separately' and assign a vowel or consonant role to every Y, in its order within each component. The calculator follows your choices; it does not decide which pronunciation is correct.

The Soul Urge result is unavailable. The page does not invent a zero core number. Check your spelling and Y choice, then recalculate only if you intend to change them.

Are vowel totals reduced before combining components? / क्या भागों को जोड़ने से पहले स्वर-योग घटते हैं?
Yes. Each supplied component's vowel total is reduced first, retaining 11, 22 or 33 whenever reached. The reduced component values are then combined and reduced using the same policy.

They use different letter pools. Soul Urge uses vowels; Expression uses every letter. Their results may coincide, but one calculation does not replace the other.

No. Compare the reflection exercise with what you actually enjoy, choose and sustain. Conversations, experience and careful self-observation provide better evidence of your priorities than a number alone.

Why does the Soul Urge study panel include an empty component? / आत्म-इच्छा अध्ययन में खाली स्वर वाला भाग क्यों दिखता है?
A component with no selected vowels contributes zero to the arithmetic while keeping your grouping intact. The other components still contribute. Only an entirely empty vowel pool makes the final result unavailable.
