It screens final negotiations for land intended for buildings under the selected reference’s 1948 paragraph. Buying a house, signing general paperwork and taking possession have distinct scopes and must not be silently treated as this purpose.

The retained original Muhurtha (1948), printed page 137, supplies the final-negotiation paragraph. Its printed page 200 identifies Riktha as the fourth, ninth and fourteenth tithis and lists the four fixed signs.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday; one of fourteen named stars; fixed Lagna; and the weekday lord in Lagna each add ten points. None is a requirement. A sample meeting all required conditions can rank at 60 with no preference.

Tuesday and Riktha are excluded, required planetary placements must coincide, and shared daylight, Panchaka and calendar filters remain active. No preference can override those exclusions. An empty result retains the submitted dates, place and timezone for audit.
