What does this Amritakala calculator show? / यह अमृतकाल गणक क्या दिखाता है?
It shows the Amritakala periods associated with the Moon's nakshatra under the selected Mysore publication method. Choose your city and a day or month to see the local beginning and ending times.
यह चुने मैसूर प्रकाशन की पद्धति में चन्द्र के नक्षत्र से संबंधित अमृतकाल दिखाता है। नगर और दिन या महीना चुनकर स्थानीय आरम्भ तथा समाप्ति समय देखें।
Is Amritakala the same as Amrita Siddhi Yoga? / क्या अमृतकाल और अमृत सिद्धि योग एक ही हैं?
They are different calculations. Amritakala is a period within a nakshatra. Amrita Siddhi Yoga compares the weekday with the Moon's nakshatra and has its own source rules; use its dedicated finder for that combination.
दोनों अलग गणनाएँ हैं। अमृतकाल नक्षत्र के भीतर की अवधि है। अमृत सिद्धि योग वार और चन्द्र के नक्षत्र का मेल है तथा उसके अलग ग्रंथ-नियम हैं; उस मेल के लिए उसका अलग खोजक चुनें।
Why do I need to select a city? / नगर चुनना क्यों आवश्यक है?
The city supplies the timezone and local sunrise context. A time displayed for Ludhiana should not be read as the local clock time in Sydney or another timezone.
नगर समय-क्षेत्र और स्थानीय सूर्योदय का संदर्भ देता है। लुधियाना के लिए दिखा समय सिडनी या किसी दूसरे समय-क्षेत्र की स्थानीय घड़ी का समय नहीं माना जाए।
Can an Amritakala period fall during the night? / क्या अमृतकाल रात में भी हो सकता है?
Yes. A nakshatra can begin at any time and continue across sunset or sunrise. Its Amritakala period therefore need not fall in ordinary daytime hours.
हाँ। नक्षत्र किसी भी समय शुरू होकर सूर्यास्त या सूर्योदय के पार चल सकता है। इसलिए उसका अमृतकाल केवल सामान्य दिन के घंटों में होना आवश्यक नहीं।
Is every Amritakala period exactly 96 minutes? / क्या हर अमृतकाल ठीक 96 मिनट का होता है?
Not in this declared calculation. It divides the actual nakshatra span into sixty parts and uses four parts for the period. The duration changes with that span; the source's nominal four-nadi duration and this scaling convention are explained in the study view.
इस घोषित गणना में नहीं। नक्षत्र की वास्तविक अवधि के साठ भाग लेकर चार भाग अमृतकाल के लिए लिए जाते हैं। अवधि नक्षत्र के साथ बदलती है; ग्रंथ की नाममात्र चार-नाड़ी अवधि और यह रूपांतरण अध्ययन दृश्य में समझाए गए हैं।
Why does a result sometimes refer to the previous sunrise day? / परिणाम कभी पिछले सूर्योदय के दिन का क्यों होता है?
Before a city's sunrise, the selected observation can still belong to the preceding sunrise day. The result states its owning day so you can distinguish it from the civil date on your clock.
नगर के सूर्योदय से पहले चुना अवलोकन पिछले सूर्योदय के दिन का हो सकता है। परिणाम उसका दिन स्पष्ट करता है, ताकि उसे घड़ी की कैलेंडर तारीख से अलग समझ सकें।
Do the displayed periods guarantee a suitable time for marriage or a new business? / क्या दिखे समय विवाह या नया व्यवसाय शुरू करने के लिए निश्चित रूप से उपयुक्त हैं?

How does the monthly view differ from the day view? / मासिक दृश्य और दिन के दृश्य में क्या अंतर है?
The monthly view groups periods across the selected civil month. The day view focuses on the selected sunrise-day context. A whole period may cross a day boundary, so read both its date and time rather than only the heading.
मासिक दृश्य चुने कैलेंडर महीने की अवधियाँ एक साथ रखता है। दिन का दृश्य चुने सूर्योदय-दिन पर केंद्रित है। पूरी अवधि दिन की सीमा पार कर सकती है, इसलिए केवल शीर्षक नहीं, उसकी तारीख और समय दोनों पढ़ें।
How are daylight-saving changes handled? / डे-लाइट सेविंग बदलने पर समय कैसे दिखता है?
Times use the selected city's IANA timezone rules. Where a daylight-saving change occurs, the offset can change within the month. Local times and their dates stay attached to each period; another city's offset is not copied.
समय चुने नगर के IANA समय-क्षेत्र नियमों से लिया जाता है। डे-लाइट सेविंग बदलने पर महीने के भीतर ऑफसेट बदल सकता है। हर अवधि के साथ उसकी स्थानीय तारीख और समय जुड़े रहते हैं; दूसरे नगर का ऑफसेट नहीं लिया जाता।
Are birth details or an account required to calculate Amritakala? / अमृतकाल की गणना के लिए जन्म विवरण या खाता आवश्यक है?
No birth details are needed for these location-and-date calendar periods. The calculation is separate from a personal horoscope or account saving. Check the study view for the declared method, or open Panchang for other calendar factors.
