The selected coordinates, IANA timezone and civil instant are resolved first; sunrise boundaries and versioned astronomical values are then used by the named rule profile. Day/night Choghadiya, Abhijit, Brahma Muhurta, Bhadra and Panchaka expose their solar division and rule evidence.
