Bhadrapada Shukla Panchami covering midday. Madhava selects the first repeated day; Hemadri and Divodasa select the second (CRC 1955, p.103).
भाद्रपद शुक्ल पंचमी का मध्याह्न आवरण। दो दिन होने पर माधव पहला दिन तथा हेमाद्रि और दिवोदास दूसरा दिन चुनते हैं (CRC 1955, पृ.103)।

Why can the date change by location? स्थान बदलने पर तिथि क्यों बदल सकती है?
The civil date follows the declared sunrise, sunset, midday or midnight anchor at the selected location. A boundary close to that anchor can fall on a different local date elsewhere.
