Why can the date change by location? स्थान बदलने पर तिथि क्यों बदल सकती है?

The civil date follows the declared sunrise, sunset, midday or midnight anchor at the selected location. A boundary close to that anchor can fall on a different local date elsewhere.

नागरिक तिथि चुने हुए स्थान पर घोषित सूर्योदय, सूर्यास्त, मध्याह्न या मध्यरात्रि समय-बिंदु से तय होती है। सीमा उसके निकट होने पर दूसरे स्थान में स्थानीय तिथि बदल सकती है।
